The Blaine County Sheriff's Office is the county agency, and like the LSPD have several role play responsibilities. They also relieve the OSP of patrolling the lakes and major inland water bodies of the map.

The BCSO is a smaller and more niche department than the LSPD, with specific goals and responsibilities. Like the OSP, they augment the overall RP of the community and help create and inject RP. Though they are smaller than the LSPD, they are still a large department and are responsible for a significant portion of RP within the game.
